IRIS integrates property tax information, interactive parcel maps, demographics, phone directories, and photos of properties into an easy-to-use marketing and research application. MLS data is layered over an interactive parcel map allowing members to view not only the MLS activity in a selected area, but all neighboring properties as well. IRIS also includes an easy to use Label Wizard to create CASS-certified labels for discounted mailings.

MLS Advantage (2 hours)
Search most MLS Listings in Florida. MLS Advantage provides online access to all listings in participating MLSs. TransactionDesk is loaded with the tools you need to begin and close a real estate transaction quickly and accurately. Since TransactionDesk is "cloud computing" you never have to worry about expensive or difficult system installations on your computer network. And you can save a bundle on traditional storage costs as well. Participants will be able to discuss the concept of “transaction management”; identify the benefits of TransactionDesk™ to brokers, agents and consumers; locate various features from the TransactionDesk™ home page; list the quantity of their respective additional account services; differentiate between general account features and transaction-specific features; set basic user preferences (e.g., “Easy as 1-2-3,” “Tech tips,” Login screen, User Information and email signature, etc.); create a basic transaction using the Transaction Wizard; create an electronic form and distribute using email and the internet based fax service; create a fax-back cover sheet, send and receive a fax; add an appointment to a transaction; add a task to a transaction; and modify basic transaction elements.

Wireless Innovia lets users view MLS listings complete with photos anywhere, anytime. Features include: Search all property types; Add/edit listings; Agent roster; Quick mortgage calculations; and Color photos.
